portal “sachet.rbi.org.in” will help public to obtain information about

The
portal will facilitate filing, tracking of complaints, besides providing
information about whether any particular entity is registered with any
regulator or is permitted to accept deposits.

government has set an inflation target for the next five years__ 4%.

The government has
notified rules for setting up the Monetary Policy Committee giving effect to
amendments in the RBI Act.
The finance
ministry has notified the consumer inflation target for RBI until March 31,
2021, with an upper tolerance level of 6% and lower limit of 2%..

to the RBI’s 3rd bi-monthly monetary policy review for FY 2016-17, the current
repo rate is ___6.5 %.

The
repo rate at which RBI lends to the system has been retained (6.5 %) while the
reverse repo rate which is paid to banks has been maintained at (6 %).
The
RBI has also kept the Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) and Statutory Liquidity Ratio
(SLR) unchanged at 4.0 % and 21%.

energy by 2022.

policy purposes.
